TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
- You are required to provide a clear visual reference, preferably in a good quality, descriptions won't be accepted.
- Private commissions are accepted with added fee.
- Fixes to a finished commissions cost extra as long as it's not a mistake or oversight on my side.
- I have the right to reject any commission without an explanation.
- Any changes and alterations to a finished artwork done by a third party is strictly prohibited (resizing and cropping the image is fine).
- Removing or changing the signature is strictly prohibited.
- Any AI training on my work is strictly prohibited.PAYMENTS
- Full payment upfront.
- Payment plans available only for commissions starting from 200 EUR and higher.REVISIONS
- Any revisions and changes are consulted either via Discord or other platform of choice.
- Changes during the art process are free of charge, any major revisions past the coloring/shading stage require additional fee (40% of a base price).
- I tend to send WIPs myself by default in case i work on bigger, more expensive projects, otherwise you need to request it upfront.
- You always get a preeliminary sketch you MUST accept first before i proceed further with a commission, while pending for your approval, it's on hold and i don't work on it.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Your commission will be done within 3 up to 6 months depending on what you bought.
- Depending on your preference, delivered through Discord / E-mail / VgenUSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I have a right to use commissioned artwork in a non profit and commercial way (unless commercial fee was applied), in case of a doubt I will contact you to make sure.Commissioner is allowed to:
- Repost the commissioned artwork on social media with a proper credit given.
- Print the artwork on paper, shirts and accessories ONLY for personal use, unless commercial fee was applied.
- Use the artwork as an avatar, wallpaper, banner etc.REFUNDS
- Refunds only in case of unfortunate events or if I know I won't be able to finish your commission.
